TASTING NOTES
White wine of pale yellow colour with hints of green, has great aromatic freshness, with notes of citrus and floral with slight mineral. In the mouth it has a vibrant texture, with volume, freshness, and youth, with a very persistent finish. Excellent as an aperitif or starter, it also goes well with summery Mediterranean dishes, octopus à lagareiro or seafood.
