Grape Varieties: Arinto and Verdelho.
Harvest: The grapes are harvested by hand into 15 kg boxes.
Vinification: In the cellar, they are fully destemmed and pressed in a pneumatic press at low pressures. Then, the must goes to a stainless steel vat at low temperatures to decant and after 48 hours it is transferred and fermentation begins at about 14 ºC of temperature for a period ranging from 10 to 15 days.
Tasting: With a tropical, citrus and very mineral aroma, it is a fresh and exuberant wine, with marked but balanced acidity.
Wine Pairing: Goes well with seafood, grilled and roasted fish.
