VINIFICATION:
The grapes coming from two plots - Quinta da Rabiana and morning to avoid periods of heat), in boxes of small capacity.
Each breed was harvested separately.
They were then transported to the winery in a short time lapse.
After pressing and before fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, the wort decanted at low temperature.
The wine remained in the fine lees with "batonnage" until the formation of the lot.
SUGGESTIONS FOR ACCOMPANYING:
It accompanies well cheeses of sheep, roasted fish, dishes of cod and white meats.
It should be appreciated at a temperature between 8-10°C.
