Philosophy: A wine made from Arinto grapes, that present the typical expression of these grapes in calcareous soils.
Harvest: Extremely dry year with an annual rainfall well below average, but with grapes of high quality and concentration.
Viniculture: Environmentally sustainable farming practices in 15 years old vineyards, western-oriented in calcareous soils with good drainage.
Winemaking: Fermentation in barrels and underground concrete tanks with batonnage. Bottled in February and will develop well in the bottle.
Better enjoyed: 2016-2025.
