Quinta do Sobral Malvasia Fina 2022 is a refined and delicate white wine made exclusively from the Malvasia Fina grape, a noble variety of the Dão region.

Fermented with indigenous yeasts, 50% of the must aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels (250L) and the remaining 50% in stainless steel tanks, without batonnage, preserving its aromatic precision and elegance.

The wine has a bright, citrus yellow color, and an expressive bouquet of white flowers, nutmeg, and gentle oak spice. On the palate, it is smooth, creamy, and structured, with a balanced freshness and a persistent, evolving finish.

Tasting Notes: Floral, nutmeg, spices, delicate oak and slight creaminess.
