The Sauvignon Blanc and Arinto vineyards were planted ten years ago on clay-limestone soils dating from the Jurassic period. The solar exposition, facing Northwest, and the viticultura! effort in ali the cycle originate high quality grapes for white wine production.The vineyards average yield is 60hL/ha.
Grapes harvested at peak ripeness in late August. They are quickly transported to our cellar to be processed with their full potential for aroma and flavor. The bunches were gently pressed to get the juice. Static decantation by cold and controlled fermentation at 14°C.

Tasting notes | Citric-yellow colour, with clearness and brightness. Lovely impression of green, asparagus and passion fruit in the nose (Sauvignon Blanc caracther), balanced by a subtle minerality of Arinto. Good balance between structure, acidity and alcohol. |
