They result from plots of vineyard located on shale soils, which when harvest time arrives, this is carried out manually, with reception involving stemming and crushing.
Fermentation followed at a controlled temperature of around 16ºC, in order to preserve the varietal aromas of the grape varieties until filling.
After selecting grapes from high altitudes, high areas and mid-slopes, with the aim of achieving a good balance between freshness, aroma and structure.
Tasting Note: When we tasted this DA Dina Aguiar White Wine Douro DOC 2021 harvest, we observed a pale yellow color, on the nose it has a very fresh aroma with notes of citrus and florals, in the mouth the freshness and fruity flavor stand out, of medium body with very present acidity.
