Castelo Rodrigo DOC Blend White Wine - from Beira Interior.

This Castelo Rodrigo DOC Blend White Wine is produced with varieties Syria (60%) and Malvasia Fina (30%) with other regional varieties in a smaller percentage (10%), in a terroir with a continental Mediterranean climate, with shale and sandstone soils, characteristic from the Beira Interior Region, the result of a harvest from selected grapes with controlled maturation, then in vinification it had a slow fermentation at low temperature.. 

NOTA DE PROVA: This Castelo Rodrigo DOC Blend White Wine was tasted and observed in the glass, it has Fruity aroma and balanced mouth with harmonious finish.

GRAPES: Syria, Malvasia Fina and with other regional varieties in a smaller percentage (10%).
