The year was a very balanced year in Alentejo. The incidence of disease was very low and There was almost no need to treat the vines. The dry and hot conditions in the summer caused the grapes to ripen early, having anticipated the harvest date. It was a good year, which produced wines with elegance and freshness.

Poor soils, dominated by limestone, perfect to produce fresh, mineral and structured wines. Carefully selected grapes at the harvesting and in the cellar. The grapes are crushed with destemming. Fermentation with selected yeasts. Aged in fine lees for 2 weeks. .
NOTA DE PROVA: CAPELA White Wine DOC Alentejo 2021 Citrus colour with green reflections. On the nose, the wine shows an aroma with strong lemon, muscade and orange notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh, with a very harmonious long finish.
