Location: Portugal; Chaves - Oura, Selhariz, Faiões and Vila Verde da Raia parishes.
Soil: Schistous origins, with average contents of clay and granitic origins with sandy texture Climate: Mild with continental characteristics.

Varieties: Arinto, Roupeiro, Viosinho e Moscatel Galego Branco.
Winemaking: Manual harvest by grape variety. Light crushing of the berries followed by gentle pressing. Static clarification. Fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel vat followed by stage on thin dregs until the end of February. Formation of the lot. Light filtration and stabilization by cold before bottling.

Tasting Notes: Colour: Bright and citrine. Aroma: Elegant, with good intensity, reminiscent of citrus fruits and blossom. Finish with light mineral notes. Palate: Dry, creamy attack with fresh acidity. Good structure, good lump fruit mouth aroma and floral aromas.
Serving Suggestion: It should be appreciated at a temperature between 12-14ºC. It goes well with white meat dishes with fatty sauces, fish and seafood dishes. Ageing Potential:
