This RS Brut White Sparkling Wine produced in Mealhada, located in the Bairrada region, with a minimum aging period of 9 months in the bottle before the «Degorgement». Afterwards, the bottles are laid down in an environment of 60-70% humidity and temperatures of 15ºC (+-2).

Tasting Notes: When tasting this RS Brut White Sparkling Wine, we registered a brilliant citrus color with slight golden nuances. We highlight the fine and persistent bubble. On the nose, a fine aroma of white flesh and cooked fruit with hints of biscuit, in the mouth, in addition to biscuit notes that add complexity, there is a good volume in the mouth, fresh, harmonious and persistent.

Varieties: Bical, Arinto, Chardonnay and Baga.

Pairing: Our experience with this RS Brut White Sparkling Wine is that it is an excellent choice for special occasions, but it goes well with roasted fish, grilled meats and refreshes with spicy or peppery dishes such as 'Leitão à Bairrada' a typical meal of the Bairrada region.
