The COLINAS Sparkling Wine Blanc de Blancs Cuvée Brut Reserve 2014 is a Portuguese sparkling wine, originating in the Bairrada Wine Region, using only Chardonnay grapes in a terroir characterized by an Atlantic influence climate, protected by the Caramulo and Buçaco mountains.

The vines were planted on gentle hills, with clay-limestone soils.

Its production, on the other hand, resulted from the classic method, recommending for the case of storing, a preservation in a place protected from light and without great thermal amplitudes, preferably between 12 and 14ºC, as this sparkling wine has a longevity potential, had an aging stage. 5 years before degorgement, it is a sparkling wine that can be kept for another 10 to 15 years.
