The Bairrada Wine Region is a wine-producing region, in the past, a land of passage and of conquests, of struggles between Christians and Arabs at the time of the formation of Portugal, when the capital of the kingdom was Coimbra and the path of affirmation was to the south, it is currently full of vitality, full of history, looking for a place in the future.

A wine from the Bairrada Region, with the best that can benefit from the Pinot Noir variety and the characteristic terroir of the region, with an Atlantic influence climate, protected by the mountains of Caramulo and Buçaco. Vineyards planted on gentle hills, with clay-limestone soils.

If you buy this wine and drink it, we recommend proper conservation, namely in a place protected from light and without great thermal amplitudes, preferably between 12 and 14ºC.

Tasting Notes: COLINAS Rosé Wine Bairrada DOC 2019 presents a seductive salmon pink color, on the nose it shows the excellence of a fine nose, with mineral and fruity notes, on the palate it is an expressive, long and voluminous wine.

Grapes/varietes: Pinot noir.

Harmonization: The recommendation to better enjoy the COLINAS Rosé Wine Bairrada DOC 2019 is for a good sunny afternoon, or even an excellent choice to serve in a meal, which is, in fact, excellent pairing when this wine accompanies any culinary delicacy Mediterranean.

Serving temperature is: Serve between 9 and 11ºC.
