This Terrincha Wine Rose Douro 2021 is produced from Terrincha grapes from hillside vineyards at an average altitude of 400 m, from schist soils of the Douro Superior. With maturation control to obtain the best balance between intensity and freshness. Grapes hand-picked into small 40L boxes. Reception at the winery with choice, total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation with temperature control around 16ºC, using very gentle processes of crushing and pressing under an inert atmosphere, with a slight aging to preserve the freshness of the primary aromas.

Tasting Notes: This Terrincha Wine Rose Douro 2021 has great aromatic freshness, with notes of red fruits and a slight floral touch. In the mouth it is fresh and enveloping, with lively acidity where persistent raspberry notes stand out.

Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz e Rufete.

Pairing: This Terrincha Wine Rose Douro 2021 is excellent as an aperitif or for starters, also with Mediterranean summer dishes, salads or sushi.

Serve at temperature: Between 6 and 12ºC
