Alicante Bouchet (18%).

Vinification: Manual harvest and selection of the best grapes in the cellar.

Cold maceration for 3 days and alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. Aged in used French oak barrels for 9 months.

Color: Ruby closed

Nose: Aroma of forest fruits and black plums, balanced with graphite, coffee and menthol notes.

Palate: Full mouth balanced and with smooth tannins. Long and persistent finish.

Wine Pairing: Ideal with red meat, lamb, game, fish roast, cod drizzled in olive oil and cheese.
