Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Alicante Bouchet 20% and Syrah 30%.

Vinification: The grapes of the different varieties are harvested according to their state of ripeness and vinified separately. The destemming is complete and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel temperature control, and steps made by robot. Malolactic fermentation and aging is in French and American oak barrels, new and used for 12 months.
Color: Deep grenade.
Nose: With notes of menthol, cassis and black fruits harmonized with nuances of toast from the barrel where it aged.
Palate: In the mouth this wine is structured and elegant, with soft tannins.The end of the race is very long and persistent.
Wine Pairing: Ideal with red meat, lamb, game, fish roast, cod drizzled in olive oil and cheese.
