Quinta do Azinhal Wine is produced in a family-oriented cellar in the village of Pisão - Barcouço, Bairrada Demarcated Zone, being recognized for its extraordinary grape varieties giving a unique flavor to its wines
Quinta do Azinhal Red Wine 2015 is a wine made up of the Baga and Syrah grape varieties with a ruby hue, aroma of red fruits, toasted fruits and a slight touch of wood. It is a fresh, full-bodied wine with good structure. In order to ensure that the best qualities of red wine stand out, the recommended temperature for serving is between 15º and 18ºC.
This Quinta do Azinhal Red Wine 2015 is obtained after fermentation with controlled temperature in open presses and manual reassembly, in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance. Its high complexity emerges from the stage of several months.

Tasting Notes: Quinta do Azinhal Red Wine 2015 is a brilliant ruby colored wine, on the nose it reveals a complex of aromas of red fruits with slight notes of spice. Already in the mouth, it is full-bodied, attractive, structurally well balanced showing good persistence.
Serving temperature: Serve this wine between 17ºC and 18ºC.
