Quinta do Sobral Touriga Nacional Red Wine 2020

Quinta do Sobral Touriga Nacional 2020 is an authentic and elegant expression of this noble Portuguese grape, cultivated in high-altitude vineyards surrounded by forest and biodiversity. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, respecting the natural essence of the Dão terroir.

Following cold maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine is aged for 9 months in new French oak barrels (225L), gaining complexity without losing freshness.

It reveals a deep ruby color, with expressive aromas of wild berries, violets, spices, and an elegant mineral background. On the palate, it is structured, deep and vibrant, with firm yet smooth tannins and a balancing acidity that extends the finish.

A perfect wine for refined dishes, it also ages beautifully, showcasing the finesse of Touriga Nacional from the Dão.
