The Syrah, Touriga Nacional and Alicante Bouschet grape varieties that make up this wine comes from vineyards were planted over fifteen years ago on clay-limestone soils dating from the Jurassic period. The solar exposition, facing Southwest and the viticultural effort originates high quality grapes for red and wine production. The vineyards average yield is 6ohL/ha.

  

Grapes harvested by machine at the ripening peak, in early September 2013. They are quickly transported to our winery to be processed with all its potential in aroma and flavour. The clusters were destemed and crushed before entering the steel-tanks. Skin "coldsoak" for 24 hours, fermentation with controlled temperature (26ºC) with short maceration.

I did not know Portuguese wine, I risked, we had a problem with the transport company, but that madeinportucale team intervened and resolved for me, which I take here to leave hug and thanks.

Je viens de recevoir ma commande habituelle. Dans cet ordre, j'ai encore une fois réussi à risquer des vins de régions que je ne connaissais pas et j'ai eu une agréable surprise.
