Vinification: The destemming is complete and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, where the treading is done by robot. Malolactic fermentation and aging is in new French oak barrels for 15 months.
Color: Deep Grenade
Nose: Aroma of forest fruits and black plums, balanced with graphite, coffee and menthol notes.
Palate: Full mouth balanced and with smooth tannins. Long and persistent finish.
Wine Pairing: Ideal with red meat, lamb, game, fish roast, cod drizzled in olive oil and cheese.
