Vinification: The grapes are harvested according to their state of ripeness. The destemming is complete and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, where the treading is by robot. Malolactic fermentation and aging take place in new and 2nd use barrels for 9 months.

Nose: With notes of lemon balm and a balsamic component
complexed with slight notes of the barrel.

Palate: On the whole it showed dense, with freshness and a long persistence.

Wine Pairing: Ideal with red meat, lamb, game, fish roast, cod drizzled in olive oil and cheese.
