Soil: Schistous origins, with average contents of clay and granitic origins with sandy texture

Climate: Mild with continental characteristics.

Varieties: Tinta-Roriz, Tinta-Barroca, Alicante-Bouschet e Touriga-Nacional.
Winemaking: Hand picked grapes are destemmed and gently crushed in preparation for a cold soak prior to fermentation. Fermentation itself occurs under conditions of light temperature control and a number of rounds of gentle pumping over. After post-fermentation maceration, pressing and malolactic fermentation the wine ages in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: This Palmeirim D'Inglaterra Red Wine 2019 is a wine of color with good intensity, in the nose in taste the aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruits and forest notes, already in the mouth, dry and fresh on the palate, but then we discover a volume and media structure harmonized by fresh fruit notes.
Colour: Bright and citrine. Aroma: Elegant, with good intensity, reminiscent of citrus fruits and blossom. Finish with light mineral notes.

Serving Suggestion: The wine should be served at a temperature between 16º-18º C. Great with red meat and spicy food.
