Picking wild blackberries in the summer, on the way to our grandparents' house, is part of our memory. We picked the blackberries and then we got together in the kitchen to make the jam.

This is an excellent jam due to the tasty blackberries, rich in flavour and colour. The recipe for this jam excels in the simplicity that characterizes this fruit that spontaneously grows in our fields. With just three ingredients, it makes a wonderful jam.

Ingredients: Blackberry, sugar and spices. No artificial additives or preservatives.

Suggestions: Excellent to eat with bread, toast, crackers, pancakes, ice cream or to pair with meat dishes, pâtés or with a goat or sheep cheese.

Store in: Dry and cool place, protected from sunlight and heat. Once opened, store in a refrigerator.
