In a magical environement, just a few minutes from the city of Peso Régua, here is the heart of the project, initially pictured on Forrester's map, is located on Lower Corgo in the District of Lamego. The Estate count a total of 37ha, including 26Ha of vines. ​Here we can find the typical grapes from the Douro Region.

This Port Wine S. Leonardo - 10 Years Old Tawny, produced from the grape varieties of the Douro Region, namely Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca.

As we know, Port Wine is an emotional state and full of magic. The origin of the "São Leonardo" brand began with Quintas daCosta and Poisa, where two families lived there, one on each farm, whose caretakers were brothers.

As there were no long-distance media at the time, the roads were very rudimentary. Thus, it was precisely in the middle of the way that they met, in the magnificent viewpoint of São Leonardo da Galafura, that inspired great poets, such as Miguel Torga, and continues today to enchant its visitors who visit the amazing viewpoint of São Leonardo da Galafura, where the poet was very inspired by his literary work. That is why the Port Wines "São Leonardo" represent, in a certain way, a meeting of brothers.

Tasting Notes: This 10-year-old Tawny S. Leonardo Port Wine is presented in the glass with a beautiful auburn, tawny color, with complex aromas of dried fruits and raisins on the nose. In fact, we are facing a full-bodied wine with a long finish.
