Coming from the secular olive trees of Quinta da Furada, it is made in granite millstones on the same day as the harvesting of olives with sticks for awnings. Bottled after 6 months of rest in which it settles naturally.

The process until your table.

After the olives are harvested by manual retail, they are washed and the leaves removed. Then, they are crushed in old granite millstones. The pulp is then gently stirred in a cold process, followed by centrifugation and maceration to release the oil droplets through contact with water.

After about 6 months of decanting, it is bottled and the taste and delight of the elegant Furada Olive Oil begins.
