This OliveEmotion Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml) is a medium fruity olive oil from green olives, fresh and balanced with acidity below 0.2.

Tasting Notes: OliveEmotion Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml) is presented with marked notes of green grass and leaf, apple and green banana. Slightly bitter and spicy, very persistent in the mouth with a harmonious finish of nuts.

Varieties: Cobrançosa (60%), Galega (25%) and Cordovil (15%).

Harmonization: Regarding the use of OliveEmotion Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml) we share the suggestion to use it in tastings, food seasoning and to finish dishes, salads and can also be used in all types of gastronomy. It is not a defect that it muddies or solidifies by lowering the ambient temperature.
