Tips for enjoying a good wine in the summer!

We are in the middle of the summer season, when lighter wines predominate, especially rosés and whites. White wines are produced from white grapes or red grapes without skin and one of the characteristics is that they result in wines with a lighter and more refreshing flavour than the red ones. Generally, the alcohol content is slightly lower and the acidity higher.

Good examples of this are monovarietal wines, made with, for example, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, among others.
