Harvest is party!
X
In late summer and early autumn, the harvest season begins in Portugal: the grapes are ready to be picked from the vines, in a work carried out in a festive and convivial atmosphere, to produce the wine of the year. A Portuguese tradition that, despite being modernized in some aspects, is still what it was.

It is time for farms across the country to open their doors and share the enthusiasm and joy in the entire process of wine harvesting and winemaking. In all 14 regions it is time to gather family and friends, all with scissors, baskets and boxes and during a long morning there is music, walks, tastings, lots of entertainment and a lot of work too.

Although the summer had a very fluctuating climate, this year a good harvest is expected for both whites and reds.
