Description: OliveEmotion extra virgin olive oil is a medium fruity oil of green olives, fresh and balanced with acidity below 0.2%. With marked notes of green grass and leaf, apple and green banana. Slightly bitter and spicy, very persistent in the mouth with a harmonious finish of dried fruit.
Varieties: Cobrançosa (60%), Galega (25%) and Cordovil (15%).

Indications for Use: OliveEmotion extra virgin olive oil is indicated for tastings, seasoning and finishing dishes, but it can be used in all types of cuisine. It is not a defect that it becomes cloudy or solidifies by lowering the ambient temperature.
