A canning made with duck livers, cooked in the best quality olive oil. This delicacy very typical of the Alentejo region is ready to eat.
This is not foie gras, but whoever appreciates the famous French delicacy, also likes Iscas à Portuguesa, in this case produced with duck and recipe
We suggest that you use as appetizers, snacks, or light meals, they can be served hot or cold, accompanied with toasted bread.
This canning is 100% natural with a very particular recipe inspired by the tradition of Alentejo cuisine with the Ingredients: Duck liver 75%, White wine, olive oil, Garlic, parsley, bay leaf and black pepper.
