The selection of the best raw materials enables the senses to savor the pure flavors of the Mediterranean. Ripened by time and warmth, the carob pods are carefully harvested and cleaned by hand. After being naturally dried, the pulp is painstakingly separated from the seeds, to be toasted and ground for use in making truly delicious temptations. The result is an outstanding product which provides unique moments of great elegance and flavor.

CAROB AND ALMOND SPREAD

The Carob Cream with Almond and Milk is a refined fusion of the best flavours of the Mediterranean and the delicateness of the milk. These two fruits typical of the Mediterranean are rich in contrasts, with both strong and gentle flavours, and they have an irresistible natural sweetness. With skill and passion, our mastershave refined the method of preparation until they achieve the perfection of a delicate cream that overflows with the flavour of carob and almond.  

Ingredients:  Dietary fibre (maltodextrin), vegetable fat (palm, coconut), almonds (17%), carob powder (14%), skimmed milk powder (3%), emulsifiers: soya lecithin, distilled monoglycerides. Contains artificial sweetener: sucralose. Allergy advice: Contain soya, milk and almonds.
