Still white wines are produced by fermenting unpeeled grapes.

There are also white wines that go through the process of skin maceration, where the grape skins are left in contact with the must before fermentation to intensify the aroma.

Interestingly, it is not necessary for the grape varieties used in white wines to be exclusively white; some white wines can use red grape varieties.

These wines have a crystalline appearance and a very light or slightly darker yellow color, reminiscent of straw.

The perfumes are very soft and fragrant (especially the scents of flowers and fruit).
